Diversity has been shown time and again to be beneficial to an organization’s bottom line, but if you are only hiring for diversity and not doing the work of retaining those hires, you are spinning your wheels. Race-based caucusing for all staff, antiracism coaching for executive staff, and establishment of an equity change team are tools that help with retention by fostering trust and authentic relationships between colleagues. The goal of these services is to get your staff to a place of true equity and inclusion.

My compassionate no-nonsense approach will help you and your team get to the root of the issue quickly and allow you to spend time co-creating a solution that works.

Inclusive Leadership


Coaching for White Staff & Leadership

I am available for one on one coaching sessions tailored to white folks who are looking to strengthen their analysis of racial oppression in the workplace or in their personal lives. Especially helpful for executives or upper-level managers who need to understand how their leadership affects their teams, these sessions provide in-depth, personalized coaching and concrete follow-up activities that lead to positive results.

Coaching for White DEI Leadership

White folks working in diversity, equity, and inclusion roles, whether as a Director of Diversity, Chair of an Equity Change Team, or in some other position, also need support. I am equipped to serve as a sounding board and advisor for you as you steward your organization through DEI processes.

Logistics & Rates

In addition to in-person meetings, I am happy to schedule 30- and 60-minute sessions by phone or video. These sessions are paid at the time of booking through my online scheduler, and I will send you the appropriate link to get on my calendar after we have a phone consultation.


  • $100/hr for self-pay clients; $150/hr for sponsored clients (both non- and for-profit organizations).

Coaching Office Hours

Coaching Office Hours is a phone-based service for those who are wanting the support of a coaching session at short notice and for a shorter time. Your first session is 30 minutes for $38, the regular rate for 15 minutes. The extra (free!) 15 minutes allow for us to build our rapport and for you to give some background and context. Subsequent sessions can be booked for 15 minutes ($38) or 30 minutes ($75).

I have blocks of time set aside for Office Hours during my weekly schedule. All Office Hours sessions are booked through my online scheduler, providing you with the most efficient way to find a time that works for you. Once you are an established client, I will send you the appropriate scheduling links for follow up sessions.

Nonprofit Board Member Mentoring

Being a board member for a nonprofit is a big responsibility, and if you’re new to the nonprofit world it can be hard to understand how all the parts should work together. My experience as a board member, board president, nonprofit employee, donor, and volunteer can help inform how you deal with conflict, strategic planning, the board/operations divide, and more. By using individual sessions that allow you to focus on the issue at hand, this mentoring program will help you realize your potential along with getting the education you need to be effective.

Caucus Facilitation

Affinity caucusing (meetings of people who share an identity, whether it be race, class, gender, or something else) is a useful tool in the arsenal of equity work. One-off caucuses can help folks produce all kinds of helpful insights: ideas to improve work flows, internal issues that need to be addressed, common experiences for that affinity group that they want to share with the larger team, etc. Ongoing affinity caucusing is helpful for organizations looking to further their own internal equity work, since the conversation continues the next time the caucus meets. Nothing feels better than talking to people who understand your experiences, and allowing individuals to have that space encourages open communication with the rest of the team. I have extensive experience facilitating caucuses, and I specialize in working with white folks around racial issues. I’m ready to help your difficult conversations become productive. Rates: Project-based pricing dependent upon the number and length of sessions. For instance, organizations asking for monthly 90-minute sessions over the course of a year can expect to pay around $10,000 for facilitation of both people of color and white people. My separate partnership, Anti Racism At Work LLC, will field requests for POC caucusing.
